Instruction on the Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.

In the case of an agreement requiring the transfer of ownership of an item – on which you acquired possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the item,
In the case of an agreement requiring the transfer of ownership of multiple items delivered separately – on which you acquired possession of the last item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the last item,
In the case of an agreement requiring the transfer of ownership of items delivered in parts or installments – on which you acquired possession of the last part or installment or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the last part or installment.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform aboutHome sp. z o.o. of your decision to withdraw from the agreement via an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email, or through the contact form). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the deadline expires, for example:

By email to sklep@abouthome.pl, or
Via the contact form on the online store's website, or
In writing by sending a registered letter to the address: aboutHome sp. z o.o, ul. Hubska 52/14, 50-502 Wrocław.

You may also fill out and submit a withdrawal form (its use is optional) or any other unambiguous statement via email to sklep@abouthome.pl. If you use this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email).
The consequences of withdrawal are determined by the provisions of points 1-3 below.

In the event of withdrawal from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your chosen delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us), promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
If we have not offered to collect the items in the event of withdrawal, we may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have provided evidence of having returned the items, whichever is earlier.
Please return or hand over the items (goods) to the address of our warehouse, which we will provide after contacting us via email, promptly and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send the items before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The maximum estimated cost depends on the size and type of shipment, determined individually for each item (product).
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
