Terms and Conditions of the aboutHome.pl Online Store

Effective date: 22 February 2026

I. Seller Information

1. The online store available at www.abouthome.pl is operated by aboutHome sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Hubska 52/14, 50-502 Wrocław, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS no. 0000751937, NIP 899-285-17-96, REGON 381511484 (hereinafter: the “Seller”).

II. Definitions

• Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit making purchases in the Store.
• Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
• Goods – movable items offered for sale in the Store, including personalised goods or goods ordered from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
• Sales Contract – a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

III. Presentation of Prices (Omnibus Compliance)

1. All prices are gross prices (including VAT).
2. In the event of a price reduction, the Seller indicates the lowest price of the Goods that applied during the 30 days prior to the introduction of the reduction.
3. The percentage discount refers to the lowest price from the 30 days preceding the reduction.
4. Any reference to a catalogue price (recommended retail price provided by the manufacturer) is for information purposes only and does not constitute the basis for calculating the discount.
5. Promotions and discount campaigns cannot be combined unless the terms of a given promotion expressly state otherwise.

IV. Placing Orders and Conclusion of Contract

1. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day.
2. An estimated (indicative) delivery time is provided for each product.
3. The Sales Contract is concluded upon receipt by the Customer of an e-mail confirming acceptance of the Order for execution.
4. In the event of an obvious typographical, calculation or technical error regarding the price of the Goods (in particular a price grossly deviating from market value) resulting from a system error or human mistake, the Seller shall immediately inform the Customer before order fulfilment. The Customer may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. In case of cancellation, all received payments shall be refunded without delay.
5. In the event of permanent unavailability of the Goods despite due diligence by the Seller, the Seller shall immediately inform the Customer and propose:
   • execution within a new timeframe,
   • a substitute product, or
   • termination of the contract with full refund of received payments.

V. Payments

1. Available payment methods:
   • bank transfer (traditional),
   • online transfer,
   • BLIK,
   • InPost Pay,
   • PayPo,
   • payment cards (credit/debit),
   • voucher / gift card,
   • cash on delivery (up to PLN 500 gross).
2. If a prepayment method is selected, the Customer is obliged to make payment within 7 calendar days from the conclusion of the Sales Contract. If payment is not received within this period, the Seller may cancel the Order and inform the Customer electronically.
3. Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used by the Customer unless:
   • the Customer agrees to another method, or
   • technical reasons require a bank transfer refund, in which case the Customer may be asked to provide bank account details.

VI. Delivery

1. Delivery is carried out within Poland and – upon individual agreement – to EU Member States.
2. Domestic shipments are usually delivered within 2 business days from dispatch.
3. Oversized goods are usually delivered within 3–4 business days from dispatch and always to the building entrance (no carrying inside).

VII. Complaints (Lack of Conformity)

1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Complaints may be submitted:

3. The Seller shall respond within 14 days.
4. The Seller bears the cost of delivery related to bringing the Goods into conformity with the contract. If the Customer organises transport independently, the cost must be approved in advance by the Seller and correspond to the least expensive standard delivery option available on the market.

VIII. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The detailed rules concerning the right of withdrawal are set out in Appendix 1 – Instruction on the Right of Withdrawal.
3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
   • goods made to the Customer’s specifications,
   • personalised goods,
   • non-prefabricated goods manufactured according to individual order,
   • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
4. Goods ordered from the manufacturer’s warehouse (without personalisation) are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.

IX. Gift Vouchers

1. Gift vouchers cannot be partially redeemed.
2. After the expiry date, the voucher value expires and cannot be recovered.
3. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. If Goods paid with a voucher are returned, the funds are credited to the Customer’s account and remain valid for the period specified at the time of credit.
5. Credited funds may be used partially and may be used to purchase promotional products.

X. Discount Codes

The rules for using discount codes are set out in a separate Discount Policy available in the Store.

XI. Personal Data

1. The controller of personal data is aboutHome sp. z o.o.

3. Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR.
4. Detailed information regarding data processing and cookies is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Store’s website.

XII. Final Provisions

1. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
